User Group
User Group and how it will operate
OSC users come from many of the departments of the university from the sciences, social sciences and humanities. The intention of this user group is to provide a moderated space where users can swap experiences and ideas and also to make suggestions about how we can improve the service. Annually, we also canvas user opinion about future hardware purchases, using a questionaire that will appear on the site at the appropriate time.
We strongly believe in continuous improvement so - please join the user group and help us to help you!
In the 2011/2012 academic year we are also planning to hold a couple of events for users of our service - membership of the user group will ensure that you are invited.
